Farmers agents are accused of calling and texting numbers listed on the National Do-Not-Call Registry. If you got two or more of those calls or texts in a 12-month period between April 2020 and June 2026, you can claim up to $160 from a $1.25 million fund. No phone bills needed, just a signed claim form. File by September 14, 2026.
Google allegedly collected personal data from kids under 13 on Google Play and used it to serve behavioral ads, all without parental consent. An $8.25 million fund pays valid claims pro rata, with no purchase receipts required. A parent or guardian files for anyone under 18. File by September 14, 2026 -- fitting, since many of those "under 13" users are old enough to drive now.
A criminal broke into employee email accounts at American Consumer Credit Counseling in January 2025 and may have taken names, Social Security numbers, and financial account numbers. Claim a flat $45 with no proof, or up to $3,580 with documented losses and lost time. Three years of credit monitoring is included either way. The claim form takes less time than the four hours of lost time it will pay you for.
Penn Medicine allegedly let Meta and Google tracking pixels collect patient portal data without consent. If you logged in to myPennMedicine between January 2021 and January 2023 with a Pennsylvania address, you can claim up to $15. You need the Unique ID and PIN from your notice. File online or by mail by September 16, 2026.
Bought Strides testosterone gel between June 1, 2022 and July 31, 2025? A settlement pays back 40% to 100% of your out-of-pocket cost, depending on the year you filled the prescription. Even fully covered prescriptions get a small baseline payment. Proof of purchase is required, so pull your pharmacy history before September 16, 2026.
Oppenheimer agreed to pay $70 million to settle claims that it shortchanged customers on interest in its Advantage Bank Deposit Program. If your account was in the ABD Program between March 17, 2022 and May 22, 2026, you can file. Your payment depends on your deposit level and how long you were in. The cash was supposed to be earning something, which is the whole dispute.
Toyota agreed to a $299.5 million settlement over emissions certification claims on IC forklifts built between 2007 and 2021. If your business purchased or leased one of the covered models, you could be looking at $1,000 to $2,500 per forklift -- plus a free on-site Service Plan inspection. File your claim by September 22, 2026; the forklifts already worked hard enough without you leaving their settlement money on the table too.
E. Mishan & Sons sold Gotham Steel, Granite Stone, and Bell & Howell cookware as non-toxic and toxin free. The lawsuit says the pans contained undisclosed chromium, iron, nickel, and other chemicals. Bought one in California or Colorado since September 2021? Claim $6 per pan, up to $12 per household, with no receipt needed. File by September 25, 2026.
A lawsuit claims Leesa, Brooklyn Bedding, Helix, and Bear advertised fake discounts on their websites. California buyers can get $110 in cash for every discounted mattress ordered, with no receipts needed. Skip the form and you get a $110 store credit instead. Cash claims are due September 25, 2026.
Tesla sold early California buyers free lifetime Supercharging, then billed them for lingering at the charger. If you got a Supercharger-equipped Tesla in California before December 16, 2016 and still owned it after that date, you can claim a refund of every idle fee you paid, plus $50 or $350 if Tesla cut off your charging access. No receipts required. File by September 25, 2026.
A lawsuit claims Travelers sold New Mexico drivers underinsured motorist coverage it could subtract down to nothing. If you had UIM coverage on a Travelers auto policy between January 2015 and August 2022, you can claim 29% of the UIM premiums you paid, with no documents required. Or ask for your old UIM claim to be reviewed again with no offset. File by September 27, 2026.
Atrium Health ran tracking code on its public site and inside the MyAtriumHealth and MyCarolinas patient portals, which the lawsuit says sent health-related details to Meta and Google. If you had a portal account between January 1, 2015 and April 10, 2024, you can file a claim. People who logged in between January 1, 2015 and July 31, 2019 split a $1.5 million fund. Everyone else gets up to $10. No documents required, deadline September 28, 2026.
Visited the Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida website or patient portal between June 10, 2021 and September 18, 2025? A lawsuit says tracking pixels shared your info with third parties while you were reading your own chart. Claim about $20 with no proof required, plus a free year of medical data monitoring that needs no claim form at all. File by September 28, 2026.
O'Reilly Automotive agreed to pay an estimated $22 per person over texts sent to numbers on the National Do-Not-Call Registry. Many of those numbers had been reassigned, so the auto parts deals landed on people who never asked for them. No proof or receipts needed, just a claim form. File by September 28, 2026.
Pierce County Library System employees, their family members, and contractors can claim a flat $70 with no proof, or up to $4,000 for documented losses. Three years of credit monitoring is also on the table. Having a library card does not count. Claims close September 28, 2026.
Zale Delaware and Sterling Jewelers are settling claims that their Washington job postings left out pay and benefits info, or listed ranges starting below minimum wage. A jewelry chain that puts a price tag on everything in the case, but not on the job. If you applied for a Washington job with either company between January 1, 2023 and July 26, 2025, you can file for an equal share of the fund with no proof required. Deadline is September 28, 2026.
Were you a LifeStance patient between March 1, 2020 and April 30, 2023? A lawsuit claims tracking pixels on lifestance.com shared patient information with Meta and Google without permission. A $3,027,874.44 fund is split between two patient subclasses, and no proof or receipts are required. File by September 29, 2026.
ApolloMD Business Services is paying $4.02 million after a May 2025 breach exposed patient names, diagnoses, health insurance details, and Social Security numbers. Claim a flat $75 with no proof, or up to $5,000 with documentation, plus one free year of medical data monitoring. Notices went out in two waves, September 2025 and March 2026, so an envelope from a company you did not recognize may have been this one. File by September 30, 2026.
Healthcare Services Group had a data breach in September 2024 and started mailing notices in August 2025, which is a long while to sit on that kind of news. If you got one, you can claim a cash payment with no proof needed, up to $5,000 for documented losses, and three years of credit monitoring. The fund is $3,000,000 and claims are due October 1, 2026.
Hefty sold bags labeled "RECYCLING" that Arizona recycling programs don't actually accept — classic greenwashing. The Arizona AG sued, Reynolds settled for $212,000, and now eligible Arizona residents can file a complaint to get a proportional cash payment. No receipt needed. Just five minutes and a mild sense of environmental grievance.
Transamerica agreed to a $110 million fund over claims it failed to credit Cash Value Increases on Direct Recognition Life policies. If you owned a DRL-10 or DRL-11 policy in effect on January 1, 2016, a check is mailed to you automatically. No claim form. The October 2, 2026 date only matters if you want out.
Palm Beach Tan and its ad agency kept sending tanning promos to people who had already texted back to stop. Persistence is a virtue, but not in text marketing. A $2.5 million fund now pays up to $1,500 for each text that showed up after your stop request. No proof required, and the deadline is October 4, 2026.
Cone Health is paying $1,765,000 to settle claims that its website and MyChart patient portal tracked user information. You can file if you used MyChart or submitted a form on the site between September 1, 2016 and November 3, 2022. No documents needed, just your name and a signature. Whatever is left after fees gets split equally among filers, so skipping it only makes someone else's check bigger.
CRST Expedited will pay $14,500,000 to settle claims that California truck drivers paid by the mile were not paid for time spent waiting, on layovers, on breakdowns, or in the sleeper berth. If you drove for CRST on piece-rate between August 9, 2017 and April 10, 2023, you are covered. There is no claim form, so a check comes automatically if the Court approves. October 5, 2026 only matters if you want out.
A lawsuit says Sportsman's Guide shared firearm order details from its website with third parties without consent. Pennsylvania residents who ordered or reserved a firearm online between January 11, 2021 and July 7, 2026 can claim up to $145 with no proof required. The fund is shared, so "up to" is doing some work here. File by October 5, 2026.
Total Vision had a data security incident in October 2020, and the claim window is finally open six years later. California residents who got a mailed notice can claim a cash payment with no proof, plus up to $1,000 for documented expenses. The fund is $475,000. The site lists two different deadlines, so file by September 21, 2026 to be safe.
Volkswagen settled claims that the main engine water pump in 2018 to 2022 Atlas and Atlas Cross Sport SUVs with a 3.6 liter engine can fail early and leak coolant. If you already paid for that repair, you can claim 80% of the invoice back, plus 80% on up to two related head gasket repairs. Covered vehicles also get a warranty extension out to 8.5 years or 85,000 miles. The catch is that the claim has to be printed, signed, and mailed, so budget for a stamp.
The Money Source is paying $1.5 million to settle claims it kept making prerecorded calls to people who had already asked it to stop. If your cell number is in the company's records for calls between February 6, 2019 and May 7, 2025, your share is automatic. There is no claim form, which is a fitting outcome for a case about unwanted contact. October 7, 2026 is the opt-out and objection deadline, not a claim deadline.
Bank of America sent customer data to Ernst & Young, EY moved it through MOVEit Transfer, and hackers got in during May 2023. Leased a vehicle in Michigan, insured it with USAA, and had it totaled between 2015 and March 2026? The payout may have left out the 6 percent sales tax and $23 in title and registration fees. No receipts needed, since the math comes from USAA's own records. Claims close October 8, 2026.
Anthem is paying $3,625,000 to settle claims it denied coverage for proton beam radiation therapy for prostate cancer by labeling it unproven. If Anthem identified you in the case and you paid for the treatment yourself, you can be reimbursed for what you spent. You must file a Claim Form with documentation, postmarked by October 10, 2026. There is no automatic payment.
A $75 million settlement covers homeowners in a mapped area of Canoga Park and Winnetka, California, over alleged TCE and PCE contamination in soil and groundwater. Estimated payments run about $7,494 to $21,110 per home for current owners, and roughly $444 for owners who sold after July 1, 2024. Proof of ownership is required and there is one payment per home. File by October 10, 2026.
Bought or leased a 2015 to 2020 Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram with a 3.6L engine in California or 10 other states? You can claim a refund for past valve rocker arm, valve stem oil seal, or tappet repairs with proof of payment. The warranty on those parts also extends to 7 years or 70,000 miles. For many older models, those 7 years have already come and gone, so the refund may be the part worth filing for.
Crossroads Trading had a data breach on February 15, 2025 that exposed Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, and passport information. Class members can claim about $25 with no paperwork, about $100 if they lived in California, or up to $5,000 with receipts, plus two free years of credit monitoring. The store built its business on secondhand goods, though nobody expected that to include your identity. File by October 13, 2026.
HireVue's video interview platform allegedly scanned Illinois job candidates' faces and voices without the written consent Illinois law requires. The $3.75 million settlement pays an estimated $150 to each person who files a valid claim. If you got an email notice with a Login ID and PIN, no documents are needed. The interview never called you back, but this one pays. File by October 13, 2026.
Flo App users say the app shared their menstruation and pregnancy data with Google, Facebook, and Flurry. Google, Flo, and Flurry are paying $59.5 million to settle. If you used the app and entered cycle or pregnancy info between November 2016 and February 2019, you can claim a share with no proof. File by October 15, 2026.
A 2022 cyberattack on Tift Regional Health System exposed names, birth dates, Social Security numbers, and medical records. Claim about $75 with no proof at all, or up to $5,000 if you kept the receipts. Everyone also gets two years of medical identity monitoring. File by October 15, 2026.
Got a letter saying your data may have been exposed in the October 2024 American Income Life or Globe Life data incident? Claim up to $5,000 for documented losses, plus $18 an hour for up to four hours of lost time, so keep your aggravation efficient. Two years of credit monitoring is automatic, and claims are due October 19, 2026.
A December 2024 cyberattack on Community Dental Care exposed names, Social Security numbers, health insurance details, and medical information. You can claim a flat $50 with no proof, or up to $5,000 if you can document losses. Every class member can also enroll in two years of medical and credit monitoring. Claims close October 19, 2026.
New York City agreed to pay up to $21.5 million over the conditions inside its Central Booking facilities. If you were held at Brooklyn Central Booking between April 2017 and December 2019, or at any Central Booking location between February 2020 and March 2023, you can claim up to $475 for each stay. No proof needed, since the city's own records set the count. Repeat stays stack, which is the one place a long record works in your favor.
State Farm paid out totaled cars in Louisiana but left off the sales tax and title fees you needed to replace them. The settlement pays a flat $28.39 to anyone with a total loss claim between May 17, 2022 and May 21, 2026. No receipts, no proof, about five minutes online. File by October 19, 2026.
A $20 million settlement covers anyone who bought VSL#3 probiotic between June 2016 and June 2019. Claim $20 for one unit with no receipt at all, or up to $800 if you can document your purchases. A class action says TED shared users' video-watching data with third-party service providers, in violation of the Video Privacy Protection Act. Do nothing and you get two free months of TED Membership, or file a claim by October 26, 2026 and take $5.00 in cash instead. No receipts needed, just the Claim ID and PIN from your notice. Five dollars will not change your life, but the form takes about two minutes.
The National Association of REALTORS and about 30 brokerages agreed to pay $120,334,500 over claims they kept broker commissions artificially high. If you bought an MLS-listed home where a commission was paid, you can claim a share. You will need your closing paperwork. Deadline is October 27, 2026.
Bought a Bestway, Power Steel, Steel Pro, or Coleman Power Steel pool 48 inches or taller between 2008 and 2024? Claim a flat $40 with no receipt, or 10% of what you paid with proof of purchase. One claim per household, so settle the "who files it" debate early. File by October 30, 2026.
Whirlpool settled a class action over broken wire harnesses in 2018-2021 side-by-side refrigerators sold under the Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, and JennAir brands. If your ice maker, water dispenser, or control panel stopped working due to a wiring failure, you may be owed cash or a free repair -- because it turns out "premium in-door features" should come with wiring that lasts. File by November 2, 2026 for past and preexisting issues.
GEICO is paying about $150 each to people who disputed wrong claim information on their LexisNexis C.L.U.E. report and never got it fixed. No claim form, payment is automatic if you are on the class list. Turns out "unverifiable" was not the same as "fixed." Choose digital payment by January 14, 2027.
About 40 apartment owners and management companies will pay $359,925,000 to settle claims that they used RealPage software to set rents together instead of competing. If you paid rent on an apartment in the US or Puerto Rico between October 18, 2018 and November 21, 2025, check the Property List and file. Payments are based on how much rent you paid, so long-term renters get larger shares. Deadline is January 29, 2027.
Toyota's $78.5 million settlement covers certain 2011-2019 Corolla, Avalon, Tacoma, Tundra, and Sequoia models with allegedly defective ZF-TRW airbag control units. Recalled-vehicle owners can recover out-of-pocket recall costs, and any eligible owner can register for up to $250 plus a 12-year extended warranty. The kicker: you have until December 11, 2028 to file, so this is the rare refund that won't expire before you get around to it.
