$4.7M Neutrogena Skin360 Settlement: How to Claim (No proof)
By eosguide editorial · Last updated
Claim an equal share of $4.7M by Nov 25, 2026 if you used Neutrogena Skin360 in Illinois from 2019 to 2023. No proof needed. You wanted a second opinion on your pores, not a second copy of your face.
What happened
Class period: December 9, 2019 through May 5, 2023
- The lawsuit says Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. (now Kenvue Brands LLC) broke the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA)
- It claims the Skin360 skin assessment scanned users' facial geometry without first giving written notice or getting written consent
- It also claims the company stored, shared, and profited from this data without a public data retention policy
- J&J denies the claims and says it did not collect, store, share, or profit from anyone's biometric data
- The settlement covers people who used Skin360 in Illinois between December 9, 2019 and May 5, 2023
Your home address, phone number, relatives, or other personal details may already appear on data broker and people-search sites.
This settlement may pay eligible claimants for what happened here — worth filing. But data brokers are a separate, ongoing problem — hundreds of companies collect and sell your personal information continuously, from public records, loyalty programs, and more. They don’t need a hack to get it. Incogni sends removal requests to 420+ data brokers on your behalf and continues checking for reappearing data.
