  • You were in the United States when you made the withdrawal
  • You used an ATM or PIN-debit card to take cash from your deposit account
  • The ATM was an independent ATM (not owned by a bank, Visa, or Mastercard) located in the U.S. or its territories
  • You were charged a surcharge (access fee) between October 24, 2007 and August 14, 2026
  • Your bank did not fully reimburse the fee
  • You may also be part of a Statewide Class if you were in California, Illinois, Massachusetts, or Michigan when charged
  • Credit card, cash advance, and prepaid card transactions do not count

How to file

  1. Go to the claim form page on the official settlement website
  2. Enter your Notice ID Number if you got an email notice (optional)
  3. Fill in your name, address, phone number, phone type, and email address
  4. Answer "Yes" if you were charged an unreimbursed surcharge at an independent ATM during the class period
  5. Sign the form electronically and submit
  6. You can also get a claim form by calling 1-866-893-1052 and mail it to the Claims Administrator
  7. Your claim must be received by February 10, 2027
