Up to $12.50 Dr. Squatch Settlement: How to Claim
By eosguide editorial · Last updated
Claim $0.50 per product, up to $2.50 with no proof or $12.50 total with receipts, by Nov 27, 2026 in the Dr. Squatch natural label settlement. Proving you bought soap in 2019 may be harder than proving Bigfoot exists, which is why the first five products need no receipt.
What happened
Class period: November 1, 2018 through August 29, 2026
- Dr. Squatch sold men's personal care products, like bar soap, deodorant, and shampoo, with the word "natural" on the label
- The lawsuit claims these products contained ingredients the plaintiffs say are synthetic
- The case is Victor Guzman, et al. v. Dr. Squatch, LLC, Case No. 25STCV03523, in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles
- Dr. Squatch denies doing anything wrong and says the products were properly labeled as natural. Both sides agreed to settle with no admission of fault
- Dr. Squatch agreed to a $9,000,000 settlement fund for people who bought covered products in the U.S. between November 1, 2018 and August 29, 2026
