Who qualifies?
Residents of the U.S. and D.C. who own or lease, or once owned or leased, a Class Vehicle. Fleet buyers, dealerships, and buyers of salvage vehicles are excluded.
How much can I get back?
It depends on your mileage when the window regulator failed out of warranty. Under 35,000 miles, you get 100% of what you paid, up to $400. The percentage and cap drop as mileage goes up, down to 40% and $160 at 125,001 miles or more.
What if I never paid for a repair?
If you still own the vehicle, you can claim a $40 Dealer Service Card instead. Documentation is still required.
Do I need proof?
Yes. Both reimbursement and the Dealer Service Card require the documents listed on the Claim Form. Your repair order is the key piece, so it finally earns its spot in the glovebox.
Can I claim more than one repair?

The administrator will tell you what is missing. You have 30 days from that notice to fix it.
What happens if I do nothing?
