Up to $251 Teleflora Text Settlement: How to Claim (No proof)
By eosguide editorial · Last updated
Claim up to $251 by Nov 17, 2026 in the Teleflora settlement if you got promo texts while your number was on the Do Not Call Registry. You joined that list so this would not happen, and the texts reportedly came anyway, with no flowers attached.
What happened
Class period: May 9, 2021 through the date of preliminary approval
- Vickie Carter filed a class action against Teleflora LLC in the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, Florida (Case No. 2026-012979-CA-01)
- The lawsuit says Teleflora sent telemarketing texts to cell numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry without consent
- It claims this broke the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Virginia Telephone Privacy Protection Act
- Teleflora denies the claims but agreed to a $6,000,000 settlement to avoid the cost of a trial
- The class includes about 23,844 phone numbers across the United States
Your home address, phone number, relatives, or other personal details may already appear on data broker and people-search sites.
This settlement may pay eligible claimants for what happened here — worth filing. But data brokers are a separate, ongoing problem — hundreds of companies collect and sell your personal information continuously, from public records, loyalty programs, and more. They don’t need a hack to get it. Incogni sends removal requests to 420+ data brokers on your behalf and continues checking for reappearing data.
