Up to $15 MDLIVE Settlement: How to Claim (No proof)
By eosguide editorial · Last updated
Claim up to $15 with no proof by Dec 1, 2026 from the MDLIVE settlement over patient portal data allegedly shared with Google and Meta. The virtual waiting room may have had a few extra guests, and the only paperwork here is a short claim form.
What happened
Class period: May 30, 2023 through August 11, 2025
- The lawsuit says MDLIVE's patient portal shared users' sensitive information and private communications with Google and Meta without consent.
- It claims this violated the Florida Security of Communications Act (FSCA) and the federal Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA).
- Evernorth Health, Inc. and MDLIVE, Inc. deny the claims and any wrongdoing. They agreed to settle to avoid the cost and risk of continuing the case.
- It affects MDLIVE users who signed in to patient.mdlive.com and used the portal from May 30, 2023 through August 11, 2025.
- The case is Kingsbury, et al. v. Evernorth Health Inc., et al., Case No. 26-CA-006880, in the Circuit Court for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, Hillsborough County, Florida.

This settlement may pay eligible claimants for what happened here — worth filing. But data brokers are a separate, ongoing problem — hundreds of companies collect and sell your personal information continuously, from public records, loyalty programs, and more. They don’t need a hack to get it. Incogni sends removal requests to 420+ data brokers on your behalf and continues checking for reappearing data.
