  • Policyholders sued certain Lloyd's of London syndicates that sold insurance in the United States
  • Plaintiffs say the defendants ran a scheme to hide a lack of competition in the Lloyd's market

  • You bought or renewed an insurance policy with a Lloyd's syndicate named as a defendant in the lawsuit
  • The coverage started or renewed between January 1, 1997 and April 15, 2025
  • The policy is an insurance policy, not reinsurance
  • You are not a defendant, a Lloyd's syndicate, a presiding judge, or a judge's immediate family member

How to file

  1. If you filed a claim in the 2019 or 2023 Lloyd's settlements, you do not need to file again
  2. Past claimants may file an extra claim for policies from March 25, 2019 to April 15, 2025
  3. Go to the File a Claim page and file online, or download a paper Claim Form
  4. Complete a separate Claim Form for each policy you bought or renewed
  5. Mail paper forms to the Claims Administrator, or email them to info@SyndicateSettlement.com
  6. Submit online or postmark by October 30, 2026
