  • ConnectOnCall was an after-hours on-call answering service used by healthcare providers in the United States
  • An unknown threat actor accessed the ConnectOnCall Platform between February 16, 2024 and May 12, 2024 and exfiltrated data, including some provider-patient communications
  • ConnectOnCall began notifying affected people on or about December 11, 2024
  • Plaintiffs sued ConnectOnCall.com, LLC and Phreesia, Inc. for negligence, invasion of privacy, unjust enrichment, and related claims
