Eastern Montana badlands

Somewhere in Eastern Montana

Out here, the badlands roll out like something from another planet — ancient and unhurried, carved by water that left a long time ago. The big sky earns its name every single day. At night the stars come out so thick and close that the problems you brought with you start to feel the right size again. Prairie songbirds work the tall grass at dawn whether anyone's paying attention or not.

It's a good place to get perspective. And to get angry about the right things.

eosguide was built out here, somewhere between the badlands and a decent cup of coffee, by someone with a boxer-pitbull rescue named Honey Girl asleep at their feet — who got genuinely, lastingly fed up with watching corporations quietly take money from the people who could least afford to lose it.

Why this exists

Two reasons, and I'll be straight about both.

One: I needed a way to make a living that didn't require working myself to the bone for someone else's bottom line. A lot of us have been there. It gets old.

Two — and this one matters more: I kept finding out about settlements after the deadlines had already passed. Money that belonged to real people, sitting in funds, going uncollected because the information was buried, the language was impenetrable, and nobody thought it was their job to make it easy. That's a problem worth solving. So I built the thing I kept wishing existed.

This problem is bigger than ever

It has never been easier for a large company to quietly overcharge you, misclassify your account, shrink what you're buying while holding the price steady, or settle a class action lawsuit and count on most people never finding out. The fine print gets longer every year. The customer service lines get shorter. The press releases get more polished.

Meanwhile, working people — the ones actually keeping things running — keep getting squeezed a little more. That's not new. But the scale and the sophistication of it is. And the gap between what companies owe and what actually gets collected stays wide, mostly because staying informed is a part-time job nobody signed up for.

eosguide is a small answer to a large problem. We can't fix the whole thing. But we can make sure you know the deadline before it passes.

Holding big business accountable (even when the check is $14)

Not every settlement is going to change your life. Sometimes the payout is $14 and a coupon. Sometimes it's two years of credit monitoring for data that's already made its way through a few brokers. We're not going to pretend otherwise.

But filing a claim does something beyond the dollar amount: it counts you. It puts one more name on the record and says I was here, I was affected, and I showed up. High claim rates shape how courts evaluate future settlements. They make the math of corporate wrongdoing a little less comfortable for the people running those numbers.

So yes, we're here to help you find real money when real money is available. And we're also here because every filed claim — even the $14 ones — is a small, quiet refusal to let it slide.

Honey Girl is supportive of the whole operation, though her primary contribution is snoring loudly during the deadline research.

What is eosguide?

Every year, billions of dollars sit unclaimed in class action settlements, regulatory refunds, and consumer relief programs. Most of it never gets collected — not because people aren't eligible, but because they never heard about it, couldn't find the filing link, or missed the deadline while it was buried somewhere on page four of Google.

eosguide exists to fix that. We track settlements, refunds, and consumer relief programs from across the country and organize them into one searchable place. Every listing gets a plain-English summary, the key eligibility details, and a direct link to the official site where you actually file. No detours. No upsells. No cut of your money.

How it works

  1. We monitor court filings, regulatory announcements, and settlement administrator sites to find opportunities that might apply to you.
  2. When we find one, we read the fine print so you don't have to — then write it up in plain language with the details that actually matter: who qualifies, what you can get, and when the deadline is.
  3. You search and skim the cards on our homepage to find what fits your situation.
  4. When you click through, you go straight to the official source to verify, confirm, and file.

What we don't do

We don't take a cut of anything you receive. We don't sell your data. We don't bury the useful stuff behind a paywall. We're not lawyers. We're not a law firm. We don't administer any of the programs we list. We're a research and organization tool, and we always link you to the official source.

Some links on this site are affiliate links — we may earn a small commission if you sign up or purchase through them, at no extra cost to you. We label these clearly and only place them where they're relevant to the content. That's the deal: we tell you when a link might earn us something, and you decide whether to use it.

A note on accuracy

Settlement details change. Deadlines get extended. Eligibility rules get updated. We do our best to keep listings current, but you should always confirm the details on the official site before filing. When in doubt, the official source wins.

eosguide is an independent information resource. Nothing here is legal, financial, or tax advice.

Frequently asked questions

A few things people usually want to know before they trust a site with their time.

Do you take a cut of any money I get?

No. Never. If we use affiliate or sponsored links in the future, we'll label them clearly so you can see them. Our job is to help you find money, not take it.

Is this legal or financial advice?

No. We organize information so you can see what might apply to you. For legal, financial, or tax decisions, please talk with a qualified professional.

How do you find these settlements?

We monitor court filings, regulatory announcements, and settlement administrator sites. When something relevant turns up, we vet it and add it to the database. We also track deadlines and remove listings when they expire.

Is everything on the site guaranteed to be current?

We do our best, but programs change and deadlines shift. Always confirm the details on the official site before filing. If you notice something that's out of date, let us know.

How do I get alerts for new settlements?

Sign up for our free weekly email on the homepage. We'll send you a digest of new and expiring opportunities — no spam, no upsells, just the listings.

I found an error. How do I report it?

Email us at hello@eosguidehub.com — we take accuracy seriously and will investigate quickly.
