• You bought it for your own use, not for resale
• You are not an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of E. Mishan & Sons, and you did not opt out of the settlement

How to file

1. Go to https://www.stainless-steelcookwaresettlement.com/claim
2. Enter your name, address, phone number, and email
3. Enter your 8-digit Notice ID if you received one. This field is optional and you can file without it
4. Answer the purchase question and list which products you bought, how many, and roughly when
5. Pick how you want to be paid from the payment options listed on the form
6. Type your full name to sign under penalty of perjury, then submit
7. To file by mail, download the Claim Form from the Documents page and mail it to Stainless Steel Cookware Settlement Administrator, 1060 Broadway, Suite 301, Albany, NY 12204
8. Online claims are due by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on September 25, 2026. Mailed claims must be postmarked by September 25, 2026
9. Only one Claim Form may be submitted per household

Proof required

• No receipts or purchase records are required
• The Notice ID is optional. If you enter one, it must be valid
• You must sign the claim form under penalty of perjury stating that you bought the products in California or Colorado during the class period
• The Settlement Administrator may ask for additional information to verify your claim, and the claim can be denied if you do not respond in time

Payment timing

Payments go out after the Court grants final approval and any appeals are resolved. The final approval hearing is set for November 2, 2026. You choose your payment method on the claim form, and the options include a virtual prepaid card that does not require a bank account.
