- You were sent a notice letter from American Income Life, Globe Life, or both
- The letter said your personal information may have been exposed in the data incident on or about October 2, 2024

How to file
- Find your Settlement Class Member ID on the notice you got in the mail
- Go to the official site and click "Submit Claim"
- Enter your Class Member ID, then fill in your info, any documented expenses, and any lost time
- Choose how you want to be paid, then sign and submit by October 19, 2026
- No ID? Call (833) 930-0155, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, or download the paper Claim Form from the Documents page and mail it postmarked by October 19, 2026
- You do not need to file a claim to get credit monitoring
