$59.5M Flo App Privacy Settlement: How to Claim (No Proof)
By eosguide editorial · Last updated
Claim a share of $59.5M in the Flo App privacy settlements. No proof needed. File by October 15, 2026. You told the app about your cycle. The lawsuit says the app told Google and Facebook. Now Google, Flo, and Flurry are paying to settle, and filing takes a few minutes.
What happened
Class period: November 1, 2016 through February 28, 2019
- Flo Health runs the Flo App, a period and ovulation tracker used to log menstrual cycles and pregnancy
- The lawsuit, Frasco v. Flo Health Inc., claims that between November 1, 2016 and February 28, 2019, Flo built software development kits (SDKs) from Flurry, Meta (Facebook), and Google into the app
- Through those SDKs, the app allegedly shared users' menstruation and pregnancy information with those companies without permission
- Flo, Google, and Flurry deny any wrongdoing, and the Court did not rule on the claims. They settled to end the litigation
- Google agreed to pay $48 million, Flo $8 million, and Flurry $3.5 million, for a total fund of $59.5 million
- A separate trial against Meta ended August 1, 2025 with a jury verdict for the plaintiffs. If you are owed money from that verdict, you will be contacted later. Filing a claim in these settlements does not affect your Meta verdict rights

This settlement may pay eligible claimants for what happened here — worth filing. But data brokers are a separate, ongoing problem — hundreds of companies collect and sell your personal information continuously, from public records, loyalty programs, and more. They don’t need a hack to get it. Incogni sends removal requests to 420+ data brokers on your behalf and continues checking for reappearing data.
