Who may qualify
- You are a citizen of the United States
- You bought a pair of non-prescription Costa sunglasses before January 1, 2016
- You paid Costa a warranty fee to repair or replace those sunglasses because of a manufacturer's defect
- That repair or replacement happened between August 20, 2013 and February 29, 2020
- You are not Costa, a Costa officer, director, or employee, court staff on the case, or counsel for either side
