How to file
- Go to wlftcpasettlement.com or directly to wlftcpasettlement.com/form/claim
- Complete and submit the online Claim Form by 11:59 p.m. PST on May 19, 2026
- Alternatively, download a paper Claim Form from the site and mail it postmarked by May 19, 2026 to: Wilshire TCPA Settlement, c/o Settlement Administrator, P.O. Box 25226, Santa Ana, CA 92799
