Infiniti of Clarendon Hills TCPA Settlement -- File a Claim by May 23, 2026

What happened

Class period: February 6, 2021 through the date of Preliminary Approval

• Plaintiff Kevin Galindo filed a class action lawsuit alleging that Infiniti of Clarendon Hills, Inc. violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by sending text messages and making calls to consumers whose telephone numbers were listed on the National Do Not Call Registry for at least 30 days
• The lawsuit alleges that affected consumers had submitted their contact information to Kelley Blue Book (KBB) and subsequently received more than one text message or call within a 12-month period from Infiniti promoting its products or services, without adequate internal do-not-call list procedures
• The class period runs from February 6, 2021, through the date of Preliminary Approval
• Infiniti denies all allegations of wrongdoing and does not admit liability as part of the proposed settlement; the Court has not made a determination that Infiniti did anything wrong

• You received a notice by email or postcard, or otherwise qualify based on the above criteria

How to file

1. Visit the official settlement website at infinititcpasettlement.com and click "Submit a Claim"
2. Log in using your Unique ID and PIN found on the notice mailed or emailed to you
3. Complete and submit the online claim form by May 23, 2026
4. Alternatively, download a paper Claim Form from the site and mail it to the Settlement Administrator, postmarked no later than May 23, 2026
5. If you cannot locate your Unique ID and PIN, email info@InfinitiTCPASettlement.com with your name and mailing address to request them, or call (833) 647-9062

Proof required

• No supporting documentation is required to file a claim
• Submit one Claim Form to receive payment covering all qualifying text messages and calls you received from Infiniti during the class period
• Your Unique ID and PIN from the mailed or emailed notice are needed to file online; contact the administrator if you cannot locate them

Payment timing

• The opt-out and objection deadlines (March 24, 2026) have already passed -- if you are still a class member, filing a claim by May 23, 2026 is the only remaining option to receive a benefit
