Infiniti of Clarendon Hills TCPA Settlement -- File a Claim by May 23, 2026
By eosguide team · Last updated February 20, 2026
Infiniti of Clarendon Hills settled a TCPA class action over unsolicited texts and calls to people on the National Do Not Call Registry -- eligible class members can claim up to $150 by May 23, 2026. You put your number on the Do Not Call list. You listed your car on Kelley Blue Book. Infiniti texted you anyway. At least it comes with a payout.
What happened
Class period: February 6, 2021 through the date of Preliminary Approval
- Plaintiff Kevin Galindo filed a class action lawsuit alleging that Infiniti of Clarendon Hills, Inc. violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by sending text messages and making calls to consumers whose telephone numbers were listed on the National Do Not Call Registry for at least 30 days
- The lawsuit alleges that affected consumers had submitted their contact information to Kelley Blue Book (KBB) and subsequently received more than one text message or call within a 12-month period from Infiniti promoting its products or services, without adequate internal do-not-call list procedures
- The class period runs from February 6, 2021, through the date of Preliminary Approval
- Infiniti denies all allegations of wrongdoing and does not admit liability as part of the proposed settlement; the Court has not made a determination that Infiniti did anything wrong
