- Circle K denies any wrongdoing; both sides agreed to a settlement to avoid the costs and risks of continued litigation
- Customers who received a data breach notice from Circle K may be eligible for cash payments and credit monitoring benefits

- Click "Submit a Claim" and log in with the Unique ID and PIN printed on your notice
- Complete the online claim form and submit it by September 3, 2026
- If you prefer paper, download the claim form from the site and mail it to the Settlement Administrator with a postmark no later than September 3, 2026
- If you cannot locate your Unique ID and PIN, contact the Settlement Administrator at info@GasExpressDataSettlement.com or (833) 386-6575 and provide your full name and mailing address

- Cash Payment A (up to $2,000): Receipts, invoices, bank statements, or other supporting documentation showing actual out-of-pocket losses caused by the data incident
- Personal certifications, declarations, or affidavits alone are not accepted as documentation for Cash Payment A, but may be included for context alongside other supporting materials
- You cannot claim reimbursement for expenses already covered by a third party
