- The lawsuit claims negligence and violations of the Driver's Privacy Protection Act and New York General Business Law Section 349
- Lemonade denies any wrongdoing but agreed to settle

- No proof is needed for the Cash Fund Payment
- The Documented Loss Payment requires Reasonable Documentation showing losses on or after April 1, 2023 that are more likely than not traceable to the breach

Payment timing
