Joint Juice New York Settlement 2026 – $50 Per Unit, No Receipt Needed
Premier Nutrition claimed Joint Juice glucosamine supplements supported joint health. A New York jury disagreed — and now there is a $19.16 million settlement to prove it. If you bought Joint Juice in New York between December 5, 2013 and December 28, 2021, you may be entitled to approximately $50 per unit purchased, with no receipt needed for up to 6 units. Some buyers get paid automatically. Everyone else must file a claim by May 18, 2026.
What happened
Class period: December 5, 2013 through December 28, 2021
Premier Nutrition Corporation sold Joint Juice glucosamine supplements with advertising claims about supporting joint health. New York customers who bought these products and felt the advertising did not deliver on its promises had their day in court — and they won.
Unlike most class action settlements, this one was not reached to avoid a trial. The case, Montera v. Premier Nutrition Corporation, actually went in front of a jury, which entered judgment against Premier Nutrition. The judgment provided $8,312,450 to class members, plus additional amounts for attorneys fees and a service award to the class representative — totaling over $19 million, plus post-judgment interest that has been accruing since the verdict.
Premier Nutrition denies any wrongdoing. After more than 12 years of litigation through trial and appeals, both sides agreed in 2025 to resolve the outstanding appeals and distribute the judgment through this settlement. The $19,160,186.47 settlement fund distributes what the jury already awarded, plus interest.

Extra details
This is the New York-only settlement. A separate multi-state settlement covers purchases made in California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Pennsylvania — visit www.JointJuiceSettlement.com/multi-state if you purchased in those states.
Unlike many class action settlements, this one distributes an actual jury verdict. The case went to trial, the jury ruled against Premier Nutrition, and this settlement distributes that judgment plus more than a decade of post-judgment interest.
Any leftover funds after all claims and costs are paid will be donated to the Rheumatology Research Foundation. No money goes back to Premier Nutrition.
