Joint Juice Glucosamine Settlement 2026 – $10–$25 Per Unit, No Receipt Needed
Premier Nutrition sold Joint Juice glucosamine supplements for years with claims about supporting joint health — and a $70.84 million class action settlement says those claims may not have had much to stand on. If you bought Joint Juice in California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, or Pennsylvania during the applicable class periods, you may be entitled to $10 or $25 per unit purchased. No receipt needed for up to 6 units. File by May 18, 2026.
What happened
Class period: March 1, 2009 through December 31, 2022 (start date varies by state — see Who May Qualify for details)
Joint Juice was a line of glucosamine supplements sold by Premier Nutrition Company, LLC, marketed with claims about supporting joint health. If you were among the customers who drank those little bottles hoping to keep your knees happy, you were not alone — and according to this lawsuit, you may have been misled.
Two class action lawsuits, Bland v. Premier Nutrition Corporation and Sonner v. Premier Nutrition Company, LLC, alleged that Premier Nutrition falsely advertised the joint health benefits of its Joint Juice glucosamine supplements in violation of state consumer protection laws. The suits were brought on behalf of customers who purchased Joint Juice in eight states between 2009 and 2022.
Premier Nutrition denies that it did anything wrong. The Court has not decided either case in favor of either side. In 2025, both sides agreed to settle to avoid the risk and expense of further litigation. The result is a $70,839,813.53 settlement fund available to eligible class members.
