Up to $425 Farmers TCPA Settlement: How to Claim (No Proof)
By eosguide editorial · Last updated
Claim up to $425 in the Farmers insurance telemarketing settlement. No proof needed. File by July 24, 2026. You put your number on the Do Not Call Registry. The calls came anyway. Now the registry finally pays off.
What happened
Class period: October 8, 2020 through March 13, 2026
- The lawsuit, Kimberly Starling v. Farmers Insurance Exchange et al., claims insurance agents Todd Henderson Insurance Agency, Inc. and/or R. Todd Henderson made telemarketing calls and texts selling Farmers insurance
- The calls and texts allegedly went to phone numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry, which the lawsuit says violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- Farmers denies the claims. No court decided who was right. Both sides settled to avoid the cost and delay of more litigation
- Farmers will make up to $2,875,000 available as a Settlement Fund
- The case is in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County, Missouri, Case No. 26SL-CC00138
- Court records show about 8,039 people are in the Settlement Class
What you can get
