Who may qualify
- Received a notice from Absolute Dental Group about the 2025 data incident, OR your personal information was otherwise potentially impacted
- Are a living U.S. resident whose data was included in the breach environment between February 19 and March 5, 2025
How to file
- Go to https://absolutedatasettlement.com/Login
- Enter the Unique ID and PIN printed on your postcard notice (if you lost yours, contact the administrator at 1-877-239-0776 or info@AbsoluteDataSettlement.com)
- Complete the claim form, verify your personal information, and indicate which benefit(s) you are claiming
- Upload any supporting documentation if claiming documented losses (files must be under 20 MB each; accepted formats include jpg, png, pdf, doc, and others)
- Submit online by June 18, 2026 -- or download a paper claim form, sign and date it, attach documentation, and mail it postmarked no later than June 18, 2026
Proof required
- For Documented Loss Payment: receipts, bank or credit card statements, invoices, emails, telephone records, or similar documentation showing unreimbursed expenses traceable to the data incident -- personal statements alone are not sufficient
- For Cash Fund Payment: no proof of loss required; completion of the claim form is sufficient
- Unique ID and PIN from your mailed postcard notice (required for online filing)
Payment timing
Payments will be issued after the court grants final approval of the settlement and any appeals are resolved. The final approval hearing is scheduled for July 30, 2026. Payment method (check, ACH, or electronic) has not been specified -- check the official site for updates.
